Gave this Pho joint a 3 star review for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, the vegetarian summer roll had tofu in it, which was overcooked and had very tough skin, making eating it an unpleasant experience. The peanut sauce with the summer roll was nice.
While beef pho broth was tasty, it could do with a bit more depth of flavour. The mixed beef cuts were good.
Overall I'd give it a 3.5

Every dish I choose is consistently delicious, full of authentic Vietnamese flavour, and cooked to perfection. From the pho to the rice paper rolls, every bite feels like a trip to Vietnam. The staff are friendly and the service is always warm and welcoming. A must visit spot in Carnegie for anyone craving genuine, mouth watering Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommended🤩

I'm not one for hyperbole or platitudes, but the pho broth was absolutely outstanding, I drank every drop. A great blend of sweet and salty with a rich base. Good toppings, right amount of noodles, it was amazing. Don't bother with Victoria St, we've got it all here in Koornang Road!

This place never disappoints. The food is delicious and authentic.
Even though it’s always busy, the service is efficient and friendly.
Last time I came it was a busy Saturday night and we ordered the Banh Xeo (absolutely amazing - packed with flavour). We were told it could take quite some time due to how busy the place was and the complexity of the dish. I had my heart set on it though and the waitress Emily was so helpful in making it happen without us havi bf to wait around. She took our phone number and rang us when it was going to be ready and had a table waiting when we returned! It was absolutely worth the wait - cannot recommend enough.
The Mixed Entree also deserved special mention. Great value platter and the rice paper rolls are so yummy!
